Back-footed by the community even being a educated !!!!!!

Who is responsible for being back-footed from the mainstream?I am talking about lower populated communities in India.Have you answer for this?

"We are human being"--is it really works for being a human being?Actually it consists of all characters,something good ,something bad.... Even after someone did bad things,why the question about being HUMAN comes from as it includes good and bad.
